Firm Overview

Massachusetts Personal Injury Attorney

At my practice, people find an advocate who cares about their future and the future of their families. Unlike larger law firms where clients may be shunted to a junior attorney, in my office they speak directly with me — an experienced counselor who can provide straightforward answers to difficult questions.

At trial, Keith was extremely well prepared and presented a persuasive account of the facts with integrity and emotion.

The opposing lawyer often looked embarrassed when Keith's far greater preparation was obvious to the jury.

I focus on helping clients facing problems in the areas of:

I was born in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1956, and graduated from Brown University, magna cum laude, in 1978. Having made the decision to commit my career to the practice of law, I attended Harvard Law School and received my degree from that institution in 1982.

From 1982-1984, I worked at Kreindler & Kreindler in New York City, the leading firm in the country in the representation of victims of aviation accidents. In 1984 I joined the Boston firm of Silvergate, Gertner, Fine & Good, where I became a partner in 1987, and expanded my practice to include all variety of personal injury matters, criminal defense, and civil rights.

Wanting to provide quality legal services with compassion and personal attention to clients, I established my own firm in 1990. Since that time, I have built a reputation for aggressive advocacy and achieving results for my clients.

I frequently have taught as a visiting instructor at Harvard Law School. I have appeared as a speaker at professional conferences, and my work has been published in professional journals, focusing in particular on the use of experts in complex civil and criminal trials.

I am AV Peer Review Rated* through Martindale-Hubbell (the highest rating). I am also listed in Who's Who in American Law.

Whether your legal problem involves a car accident, a drug charge in a Massachusetts court, a product liability injury, a business dispute, or another matter, I will fight for your rights and your future.
